About
I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Logic, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Before joining CUPL, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Joint Research Centre for Logic at Tsinghua University.
I received my joint doctoral degree in logic from the University of Amsterdam and Tsinghua University. My dissertation Monotonicity in Intensional Contexts: Weakening and Pragmatic Effects under Modals and Attitudes was under the supervision of Professors Maria Aloni and Fenrong Liu, in which I studied the interactions between monotonicity and modalities.

Research Interests
I am generally interested in applying logical methods to philosophical and linguistic issues, e.g., philosophical logic and formal semantics and pragmatics. My current specific interests include: modalities and connectives, deontic/preference/epistemic logic, free choice inferences, logic and law, and logic and AI.
